Preventive Maintenance Program

The preventive maintenance program allows you to have regularly scheduled inspections for your site that are tailored to your business.  On the initial inspection, we tag your cooling/hotbox units and log all pertinent information.  We enter this unit specific information into our database, saving both time and money on future gasket replacements.

During scheduled PM visits, your cooler/hotbox gaskets are cleaned and inspected to check for damage.  The doors and associated hardware are checked to ensure proper operation.  A list of suggested follow up repairs is provided to you upon completion.  In many cases, a portion of the inspection fee can be used as a credit on the follow up invoice.
